Cosmetic Condition: Guitar is in very good near excellent condition.  There is a small chip in the finish near the neck pocket due to shipping damage as well as some scratching on the metal backplate.  Otherwise the guitar is extremely clean.

Tech Notes: Plays phenomenally with very low action, near flat relief and no buzz.  With the multiscale the guitar sounds very in tune all across the board.  9.5-44 PRS Signature strings installed.  Electronics sound great and work as intended. No fret or board wear detected.
